Just very quickly, I wanted to build this version of the NVIDIA proprietary drivers NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-310.32.run for this Fedora kernel kernel-3.7.7-201.fc18.x86_64.
Well, it does not seem to be working!
To change that, a dirty but effective hack follows:
# ln -s /usr/src/kernels/3.7.7-201.fc18.x86_64/include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h /usr/src/kernels/3.7.7-201.fc18.x86_64/include/linux/version.h
After that, the standard install procedure works again. I needed this badly to keep having NIVDIA Optimus working on the laptop, as described here.
